This quest [2090] is called 'Crazy I Tell You!',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
A while ago, the Dark Mistress was told by castle guards that she could
no longer torture prisoners as it was decided it was too inhumane and would
be more beneficial for everyone if they were just put in prison. Recently,
though, I have had many citizens come to me complaining of loud screaming
and yelling coming from inside the chambers. If the Dark Mistress has
continued torturing prisoners despite being told not to, I have no choice
but to kill her as it is quite obvious she cannot obey the new rule. You
must, as quickly as possible, venture to the torture chambers, and do what
you must to ensure she cannot ever continue her work there. Also, before
you do that, pick up several guards to help you as she is quite crazy and
dangerous. May the Powers guide and protect you!
