NPC: A tortured prisoner
Long Desc: A tortured prisoner is here, screaming in agony.

This whipped and beaten prisoner screams in agony as he lies on the
ground in his chains.  There are small cuts and bruises on every part of
exposed flesh you can see.  As you approach, he moans out softly for you to
end his life.  You wonder what he could have done to place him in such a
situation.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
