Long Desc: Baron von Hannibal, the Academy director, is here.

You see the Academy director, Baron von Hannibal.  For as long as the
Academy has been open, he has run it.  Day after day, he manages the
finances, walks around the academy observing, and makes sure every student
is recieving the ultimate in training.  Despite his old age he is a powerful
fighter and could teach you a lesson or two himself.  Mostly, he is here to
offer a helping hand to those who need it.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
