This quest is called 'Slash and Dash',
for Adventurers levels 150 to 230.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently I have heard rumors that our neighboring towns, Vospire and
Diocletian, have created more powerful weapons than we currently have in
Sigil, and that their troops are much stronger than ours. This news
troubles me and I am worried that they may try to invade us. Therefore I
need a brave adventurer like you to start collecting weapons from all our
great towns and deliver them to our weapon experts for further examination.
Also while you are in the neighboring towns, fight some of their so called
"elite" soldiers and tell me what you think of them. This quest is of the
utmost importance, as if they do try to invade, this information could be
the deciding factor in holding them off.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 80 quest points, 8 practice points, 50,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 0 piety, and 18,000 gold pieces.
