Long Desc: Emperor Diocletian majestically sits here on his throne.

Emperor Diocletian is in great worry, and would probably like to know the
whereabouts of the great thief Agerfoyle.  He sits with his arms crossed and
puts on a face that indicates he is thinking very hard about the situation
at hand.  Perhaps you can help the Emperor in recovering the lost orbs so
that he can restore peace to his kingdom.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
