This quest is called 'Message, Message, Where's My Message?',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
There has been unrest in the wilds that surround Sigil; but none of my
regular sources have been able to provide me with the information I need to
decide upon a course of action. My advisors believe that the rulers of
Vospire and Diocletian may be able to offer some insight into the problem
and perhaps even offer solutions. I need you to acquire the materials
necessary to gather this information then visit the King of Vospire and
Emperor Diocletian to see what knowledge they have regarding the matter.
Once you have obtained the information return and give the information to my
assistant Taron who will add that to what we already know and try to come up
with a plan to deal with the problems. Your quick action will be
appreciated as well as very well rewarded!
