NPC: Cluricaun
Long Desc: A short fey carelessly tosses packages and envelopes around his shop.

This mischievous-looking fey stands in his shop awaiting customers to try
and help them find their mail.  Descended from the folks who originally
brought the postal service here to Cavhfail, it's fairly obvious that
Cluricaun simply stumbled into this occupation.  His skin is pallid, his
wings gray, and he constantly has dark circles under his eyes.  It's rumored
that on the occasions when he closes up shop at night, this obstreperous fey
sneaks off to other planes of existence looking for farm animals on on which
to prey.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
