This shop has operated nearly non-stop since this town was built.  At its
beginnings, it was designed to help bring needed supplies to the city's
founders from the world outside.  Now it provides inhabitants and visitors
with a way of corresponding with people in other areas.  The storefront is
rather spacious, but seemingly disorganized.  Tall shelves line the walls
with parcels and letters tossed haphazardly wherever there's a spare bit of
space.  
     A faded yellow page of parchment has been dropped here.
A short fey carelessly tosses packages and envelopes around his shop.
