This quest [919] is called 'Getting To Know Your Neighbors!',
for Adventurers levels 95 to 119.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention recently due to a communication from the
Emperor of Diocletian himself, that he has not seen many young adventurers
in his realm. This is possibly due to the insect problems Diocletian has,
but I feel that you are experienced enough to deal with mere insects such as
those to be found there. As you grow stronger your adventures will no doubt
take you to the kingdom of Diocletian again, thus I am giving you the
opportunity to explore this beautiful area. This quest will take you to
some of the more popular areas of Diocletian, in hopes that you will become
acquainted with it so that you may better serve me in future as I will be
sending you there later I am sure. Be sure to see the Emperor himself to
give him my regards before returning to me for your reward.
