Archibold the Great Scholar of Diocletian is a very interesting man.
Early on in his life, he assumed the role of Great Scholar in this town when
it was realized he had the mind of a pure genius.  Since that time,
Archibold has made many accomplishments throughout the Palace, all of which
have brought good to the people who live here.  A while ago, he took an oath
of silence when his only child, Nelia, died suddenly.  It is said that he
actually does speak, but only when he thinks he is alone.  However, no one
says anything to him about this, instead the people of Diocletian respect
his honor.  Now, he is the leader of the Psionics guild here in the palace.
Archibold is a powerful psionic who began to learn the power of the mind not
long after his child's death.  Archibold uses his psionic abilities to
enhance his skill of research and studies of sociology.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
