This quest [1948] is called 'Unplanned Misfortune',

Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Earlier today, I received the unfortunate news that my cousin had
suffered a heart attack and is currently in the Tellerium hospital. He has
asked to speak to me which is why I must leave for Tellerium immediately.
As there was no warning this would happen I had a meeting planned for
tomorrow. Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to get back in time. I
need you to visit the people that were coming to the meeting and let them
know it is cancelled, and also, contact Taron and tell him he is in charge
of Sigil while I am away. May the Powers guide and protect you!
