Quest: Missed Him!!!
This quest [2479] is called 'Missed Him!!!',
for Adventurers levels 121 to 180.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, I heard of an arrest made in Maldra's Keep. Apparently, guards
there caught a serial killer while he was in the process of committing
another murder. Even more amazing is that the killer started committing the
killings in Sigil over two years ago. After several months of murdering
citizens, he traveled and did the same to many other towns around Alyria
until he was stopped once and for all in Maldra's Keep. If Sigil had of
caught this killer when he first started committing his murders, a lot of
lives would have been saved. To prevent this from occurring again, I need
you to journey to the entrances in Sigil, Vospire and Diocletian and ensure,
by talking to the guards, that the entrances have more security put around
them to make it harder for possible killers to come in and out as they
