Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
There have recently been tensions evolving between the towns of Sigil,
Vospire, and the Palace of Diocletian. I am eager to save our booming trade
industry and peaceful relations, so I have decided that the best way to
handle things is to systematically assassinate those that are causing the
trouble. Journey to these neighboring cities to find those mongering for
war and prevent this horrible catastrophe from taking place. Be sure to
cover up any evidence that you were there and keep all witnesses silent.
Also consider making a trip to those that stand behind the cause of peace to
ensure that they know that they being supported.
