Long Desc: A palace servant is here, trying to look busy.

This servant scurries about the palace trying to look busy.  He looks
very active indeed, stopping every once in a while to dust an immaculate
vase, or polish an already spotless mirror.  The Emperor does not pay them
for nothing after all, and a lazy servant can be an unemployed servant if he
is not careful.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
