Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
With the increased trade coming into Sigil, several key leaders of the
town have begged me on several occasions for assistance. So desperate are
they that they are threatening to go on strike, and that would bring the
entire city of Sigil to a grinding halt. Therefore I have come to the
conclusion that some adventurers will be assigned the duty of assisting
them. You are to help the knight-captains with the running of the defenses
of the castle. You must see that the fighting academy keeps its students in
order. You are to see that Ilandrama keeps up to-date with the latest in
magical technology and see that you help the captain enforce the law. If
you tend to this in good time, you will be well rewarded!
