for Adventurers levels 220 to 241.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has been brought to my attention that recently, a coven of Necromancers
has been raising the dead as undead. This is an unacceptable state of
affairs. Those foul Necromancers have no respect for the deceased, and so
I've decided to send you and several other adventurers to deal with them.
My spies tell me that you'll find them in Templeton, Sigil, Rune Forest and
the Tower of Art. After that, I'll need a scroll inscribed with a spell
capable of draining power from a living being, so that we might get a better
understanding of the necromancers' powers. May the Powers be with you.
