Long Desc: Frederick is carving up a small cut of meat for display.

Frederick the butcher smiles at you while encouraging you to take your
time making a selection.  As the owner of this establishment, his livelihood
depends on happy customers who return often.  However, when you see the
pride in his eyes when he points out the specials of the day, you suspect
that his friendliness is also based in part on the love he has for his
business.
