NPC: A novice lutomancer
Long Desc: A scrawny-looking boy, a bit younger than you, stands in a cloud of dust.

The great majority of noviciate mages that pass through Lasler for training
are schooled in one of the four traditional professions; nature-utilizing
rangers, clerical monks, psyche-expanding psionics, and wizard, standard-
bearers of utility spellcasters throughout Alyria.  Other specializations
exist, but few pursue them: among these number such studies as blood-telling
hemantomancy, dream-seeking somnomancy, and dirt-manipulating lutomancers.
Judging by the dirt on his shoes, the caked dust in his hair, and the
topsoil under his nails, this boy looks like a disciple of the latter.
Although young, he may be powerful- it is difficult to tell, sometimes.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
