NPC: A grieving mother
Long Desc: An older woman stands in the middle of the road, sobbing into her bonnet.

Dressed in black rags and smeared with ashes, this woman is the very picture
of despair and vulnerability.  Bangles and tiny cymbals clatter with every
heaving sob she utters, a local tradition to warn spirits that even they
ought stay away, for in such a time of deep sadness, this is no time for
either them or her.  She seems inconsolable, but that shouldn't prevent
anyone from trying.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
