NPC: A horrifying tentacle
Long Desc: A massive tentacle protrudes from the water, flailing about.

This massive tentacle is obviously something not to be trifled with.  As
you draw near, it stops its blind fumbling, and, somehow attracted by your
presence, extends further out of the water's dark depths to rush at you.  It
hits hard, repeatedly, rhythmically thumping.  Its skin is thick and
nearly impenetrable making it quite the nuisance.
It is a strangle weed approximately 5'6" tall.
