In the center of Lake Whompfish a large outcropping rock forms a
high-centerpiece to the horizontal trail of stones that arch across its
murky waters.  The single largest boulder in the ogre made levee, it
glistens with more than just a lake thrown mist.  An unidentifiable metallic
ore inundates the meteor's entire surface and bleeds oxidized crimson into
the water at its base.  An eerie concave impression of a large distorted
face is stamped into its stoney surface.  The ogres regale, in their oral
tradition, the stories of the mightiest of their breed who taught them team
work and died beneath the weight of this enormous stone.
