NPC: The High Score Priest of Uath
Long Desc: The High Score Priest of Uath dances around wildly, waving a clipboard.

The High Score Priest of Uath, the God of Luck, is entrusted with the honor
of maintaining the achievements of those playing the Holy Games of Uath.  He
is dressed in the gaudy blue and silver robes that are the standard attire
of the Holy Order of Uath.  Clutching the Holy Clipboard in one hand, and
the Holy Silverbeak Quill of Uath in the other, he waves the objects up and
down, arms spread wide, proclaiming the greatness of Uath and the ways of
the Enlightened Gambler to everyone in earshot.  As part of his Holy Duties,
he is eager to reveal the Holy High Scores to anyone brave enough to
inquire.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
