Long Desc: An elder is debating a proposed bill with the other elders.

Representing a broad spectrum of citizens across Auryn, the elders are a
body of elected officials who propose legislation, discuss its merits, fine
tune it where possible and then put it to the vote.  Frequently the people
elected are older members of the community, drawing on their years of
wisdom, so that they have come to be known as the elders.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
