NPC: A liveried servant
Long Desc: A well dressed young dracon stands here with his hands clasped behind his back.

Dressed in the red and black of the Queen's servants, this dracon stand
very straight.  He stands in readiness to set the table or to help serve
during the meals in the banquet hall.  His hands are covered in snow white
gloves.  The gold buttons and trim all shine brightly.  His highly polished
shoes reflect anything near him.  His face is an example of a servant who
has learned not to display emotions.
He is a dracon approximately 4'11" tall.
