NPC: A war-hardened general
Long Desc: A battle-scarred man is here sitting in his chair, debriefing his agents.

This general, has thirty-five years of dedicated military service
attached to his two-rank as a General.  He has many stories to tell, that
have fortified his person, amidst trials and triumphs, both in his personal
and military life.  He spent his years as a youth in Unseelie, where his
father worked, and where he finished his primary and secondary education.
He eyes you with a slight smile on his face.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
