NPC: A surgeon
Long Desc: A surgeon attempts to save the life of yet another person.

The surgeon is amputating a limb of a local fisherman who stepped on a
hook a few weeks ago.  Despite best efforts, the wound became infected and
gradually gangrenous.  The only hope for saving the patient's life now lies
in mutilating him, leaving him to survive without two legs.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
