NPC: An exhausted settler
Long Desc: An exhausted settler takes a much needed snooze.

He is sprawled out flat, taking a snooze.  He lies on top of blankets as
if he just passed out the minute he hit them.  Starting a new life in
Genauras is difficult; many picked up and left everything behind to rebuild
everything from scratch.  He twitches while he dreams with a sly grin on his
face.  His clothing is army green and he is in tip-top physical condition.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
