NPC: A patrolling guard
Long Desc: A guard is here, patrolling the streets.

The newer members of the Frontier Guard are often assigned to patrol the
streets of Genauras, watching for trouble makers and performing the rather
tedious checks of the perimeter fortifications.  Still, they carry
themselves with pride and dignity, a sure sign of high morale.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
