NPC: A scout of the Frontier Guard
Long Desc: A scout stands atop the lookout tower, scanning the land for any sign of hostile forces.

One of the most specialized of the Frontier Guard's soldiers, those that
belong to the scout division are especially keen in the martial arts of the
rangers.  Able to track the faintest trail, they are formidible assets to
the guard.  This one has been stationed atop the lookout tower, to keep
vigil over the surrounding area.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
