NPC: A scholar of combat
Long Desc: A scholar is reading a textbook on the finer points of combat.

This thin human with a nose stuck in a book about combat obviously has
aspirations of becoming a warrior.  Of course in a city like Tellerium most
of the young people grow up wanting to learn the fighting arts, apparently
this young bookworm is no different.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
