NPC: The rainbow sylph
Long Desc: A spritely sylph darts about the room frantically, busily doing nothing.

This sylph is a welcome break from the frequently terrifying monsters that
shrines keep.  She's an attractive creature, even beautiful.  More
importantly, she is a reminder that the Powers represent all aspects of the
world, even the trivial.  This sylph dances, sings, and worries not at all
about the state of the world, or Dira's role in it.  She has clear wings,
but the rest of her is an incandescent rainbow, akin to light itself.

She is a faerie approximately 0'3" tall.
