NPC: A resting guard
Long Desc: A soldier of the Frontier Guard rests here after a days work.

This proud member of the guard rests here, trying to get some sleep
before another shift on duty.  The bed that they are lying in is rather
shoddy, even compared to the rest of Genauras's citizenry.  It's amazing
that the guards are as good spirited as they are, given these conditions.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
