NPC: A cloaked ritualist
Long Desc: A cloaked ritualist kneels in the sand, chanting methodically.

Fine gray sand clings to the fabric of his midnight black cloak as he
kneels upon the ground.  He sits around a circle in the sand, chanting and
deeply entranced in the ritual.  Experienced in the dark arts and rituals,
he was brought here in secret to bring forth dormant ancient powers and make
new discoveries.  A soft protective, aura glows around him with the
appearance of a giant shapely bubble.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
