NPC: A strict corporal
Long Desc: A strict corporal does his daily rounds, inspecting the barracks.

Having not smiled in years, this corporal takes his work seriously and
has no life besides it.  Each day he wakes, inspects the Frontier Guard
recruits and trainees, then their bunks.  He is strict, often heard yelling
at the top of his lungs until his voice is hoarse of a bed is not perfectly
made.  His uniform is crisp and clean, despite the meager conditions of
Genauras.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
