NPC: A hungry recruit
Long Desc: A hungry recruit sits at a table shoveling food into his mouth and making a mess.

He is a very hungry man apparently, unaware of his lack of manners as he
shovels food down his throat.  He is eating bland tasting grits and much of
it is covering his face while he slops it down.  Rations can be hard to come
by these days, especially to feed a whole army, so any food is welcomed.
His uniform is stained and wrinkled, hanging loosely on his thin, pure
muscle body.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
