NPC: An overworked cook
Long Desc: Slaving over a hot stove to feed the recruits, an overworked cook prepares a meal.

Day and night this cook passes away time in a stinky kitchen cooking
grits, oatmeal, and other cheap, filling foods for the Frontier Guard
recruits.  It is a relentless and unrewarding job with low pay and little
respect.  Because of depression the cook has grown fat and cumbersome, his
apron covered beer belly almost being singed by the heat of the stove as he
leans over it.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
