NPC: A nervous military applicant
Long Desc: Sweating profusely, a nervous military applicant stands in line waiting.

He shifts uneasily from foot to foot as he waits in line to join the
military.  Most likely just sent from Sigil to the underground, this is a
frightening experience though he tries his best to hide it.  He is a young
lad, away from his parents and family for the first time.  He is stripped
down to his knickers, waiting for an examination before being officially
enlisted.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
