NPC: An elven nurse
Long Desc: An elven nurse is here, working overtime to examine and register new recruits.

She is a gentle elf of small stature.  She is good at what she does,
which is tending to the wounded.  Since she is one of the most skilled
nurses who has moved to Genauras from sigil, she is in charge of making sure
the potential recruits are in excellent condition and ready for training,
getting them registered and geared up, as well as tending to the wounded
when off duty in the office.  Her warm smile and positive attitude makes the
nervous recruits feel much more comfortable.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
