NPC: Sergeant Morriden
Long Desc: A fierce sergeant sits behind his desk, gazing on those who enter with a scrutinizing eye.

He seems wholly uninterested in anything going on around in the busy
barracks.  He sits behind his desk in his highly decorated uniform just
fiddling with things on his desk.  When issuing an order, it is cold and
firm, delivered with a hard, scrutinizing gaze.  He has placed himself on a
high pedestal, and is frustrated with the current supply situation.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
