NPC: A fearless adolescent
Long Desc: A plucky youngster defies the warnings of his fellow villagers by sitting out on the boardwalk at night.

A defiant young man seeking to prove his masculinity to his friends,
wherever they may be, sits with his back against the low wall of the
boardwalk.  How he managed to sneak out of one of the tiny houses in this
village without his parents noticing is anybody's guess, but judging by his
long, deep breathing and the bags under his eyes, he won't be able to keep
himself awake for much longer, leaving himself at the mercy of whatever
lurks beneath the planks on which he rests.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
