NPC: The cloudstriker assassin
Long Desc: A sky-cloaked ariel awaits interlocutors, not even bothering to hide.

The cloudstriker assassin was an early harnesser of Dira's power, and
absorbed more of it into her being than even the most pious of priests can
imagine.  She embodies all of the contradictions of Dira, peaceful and
ferocious, still but capable of blinding speed.  Some have theorized that
her ariel blood allows her to draw more power than any human, but she is
also more deadly than virtually any ariel.  Perhaps she is simply Dira's
creation and recipient.
She is a ariel approximately 5'6" tall.
