NPC: The lighthouse keeper
Long Desc: The lighthouse keeper makes sure the lanterns are lit and that ships are aware of danger.

A pale, thin elf looks at you with some alarm.  Having kept the
lighthouse for many years by himself, he's not accustomed to having
visitors.  Staying awake all night in order to keep the light burning for
incoming ships, he generally sleeps during the midday.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
