NPC: Aeolin
Long Desc: Aeolin is talking with customers and serving drinks from behind the bar.

Aeolin is very good at serving drinks and keeping his customers in line.
This is probably at least in part because of the strict racial rules to get
in here.  He knows just how to influence his own kind so there are fewer
problems than if the bar were open just to anyone.  He is a very tall elf
with long white hair.  He is wearing a light green outfit with a red feather
in his hat.  He almost always has a smile on his face and a joke ready to
tell to any customer who is in need of a good laugh.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
