Long Desc: An elfish bar patron is here enjoying himself.

This elf man is sitting at the bar enjoying a good drink and telling
stories.  He is wearing small wire-rim spectacles with very thin glass.  He
has short yellow colored hair that is slightly curly at the ends.  He is
wearing small shoes and red tights.  His vest is a brown colored felt type
of material.  He gives you a smile as you look over his way.
He is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
