NPC: Kapek's right-hand man
Long Desc: A one-legged, one-eyed gnome stands here, waiting for someone.

Phineas Kapek is a fine inventor, but everyone makes mistakes.  As Kapek's
faithful servant, and the conductor of the practical parts of his
experiments, this gnome has born the brunt of those mistakes.  His leg has
been blown off by a rogue explosion.  One of his eyes is missing, the hole
now cauterized shut.  He is a dismal-looking gnome, but does not appear to
pity his condition.  Instead, he peers about, on the lookout for someone.
Indeed, he has the stereotypical appearance of a man waiting to meet up with
an acquaintance.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
