NPC: Shroom
Long Desc: Shroom the bartender is here, leering at you.

Shroom is covered in spilled drinks, and the towel that hangs from his
belt is dirtier than the floor around him.  Small pieces of food hang from
his chin and his eyes are bloodshot.  Even though he looks drunk, his
movements are precise and he seems always ready to break up a brawl.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
