Long Desc: A drunken citizen is here, trying to forget about life.

One of the worst things to see in a bar is a drow who can't handle his
alcohol.  This patron sways back and forth, and looks about ready to tip
over.  However, at the last second he regains his balance, and staggers to
the bar for another round of his favorite beverage.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
