NPC: A crazed inventor
Long Desc: An unkempt gnome waddles around, raging and frothing at the mouth.

This beast stands four feet tall and looks incredibly unstable, both in how
short he is and in the bloodshot, wildly darting eyes and froth around his
mouth.  Mops of frizzy white hair are tangled and covered in engine oil, and
some of his ear appears to be missing.  He rambles constantly, and even if
most of it doesn't seem to make sense, there's an obvious violent intent
behind it and a rapidly, rabidly approaching insanity.  Better to kill him.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
