NPC: A riotguard
Long Desc: A cityguard of Arien'dyth stands at the ready, in full riot gear.

The riotguard are only activated when extreme civil unrest endangers the
lives and wellbeing of the average citizen of the city.  Or, in some
circumstances, when the lives of a few high-ranking officials are in extreme
danger.  Or, potentially, when the business interests of the moneyed fewer
stand to lose shareholder value.  Or, theoretically, when underclasses
realize that their lives are terrible, and it is the fault of systematic
oppression.  The riotguard are only activated when deemed necessary, and
this one in particular looks ready to bust a few skulls to keep the peace,
or marginal safety, or money flowing in to a few chosen merchants.
Whichever.
She is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
