NPC: A member of the wagonguard attachment
Long Desc: A uniformed guard eyes you from atop his position on the covered wagon.

This guard's explicit duty is to guard the wagon that hauls prisoners back
to the prison.  The drowish state is orderly, and this guard is why; a
police state so overblown that a job as specific as this is a career unto
itself.  All dissent is squashed and imprisoned, and thaaat's why the
diaspora is what it is.
It is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
